Hooper's Tire Outlet provides SMS communications exclusively to customers who have explicitly opted in. You can opt in via the chat widget on hooperstireoutlet.com or using the form on this page.

How to Opt In

Customers opt in to SMS communications by either:

  1. Visiting hooperstireoutlet.com, opening the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the page, entering name and mobile phone number, affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox displayed adjacent to the phone field, and submitting the form.
  2. Completing the SMS Opt-In form on this page (below), which requires name, mobile phone number, and an affirmatively checked SMS consent checkbox.

In both methods, consent is captured with timestamp and stored in our customer record. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked and is required for SMS communications.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service status updates and vehicle-ready notifications
  • Responses to missed calls and customer inquiries
  • Post-service follow-up and review requests

This SMS program does not send promotional, marketing, or sales messages.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on your service activity. Typical customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per month.

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your wireless carrier. Hooper's Tire Outlet does not charge for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal.
